Oussama Badad
Lead Geneticist
Oussama is a PhD candidate in a joint supervision doctoral grant between the university Mohamed the fifth, Rabat, Morocco, and the Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Oussama is currently working on the epigenetic imprints in crop domestication using cutting edge technologies such as methylated DNA and chromatin immunoprecipitation (MeDIP/CHIP/ATAC-seq), gene expression (RNA seq). In addition to epigenetics, Oussama is an expert in functional genomics with a proven track record of publications in the soybean genomics industry his contributions helped the soybean industry solve issues such as poor seed quality, oil content, resistance to disease and developing breeding strategies for farmers. From Mutant population for pheno hunts to gene editing, Oussama brings his decade expertise to help the cannabis industry solve bottlenecks and enable scale.

Dan Mills
Operations Manager
Dan has been cultivating seed breeding and flowering crops since 2007, including 6 years of experience on large-scale commercial cannabis farms and 4 years of experience with large acreage hemp operations. Dan has also designed and directed several successful large-scale breeding and feminization projects. He is an expert in field design, soil & tissue data analysis as well as fertilizer implementation. He is an avid organic farmer and advocates for sustainable regenerative farming practices. His ability to combine agronomic principles with a profound understanding of Cannabis Sativa has led to excellent results on scale in the cannabis cultivation market.
